个人简介:
刘静,博士,副研究员,现任生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业硕士生导师。2017年博士毕业于南京大学模式动物研究所,2017-2019年在南京大学从事博士后研究工作。2020年7月到云南大学任助理研究员,2023年任副研究员,研究方向主要集中在以基因工程小鼠为研究模型,借助动物细胞实验,探究脂质代谢紊乱相关代谢性疾病如肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病及非酒精性脂肪性肝病等疾病的发病机制,并寻找潜在的防治靶点;此外,还探究动物组织和细胞中不同类型的脂滴在代谢性疾病中的作用。以一作或共同一作在EMBO Molecular Medicine(封面故事)、Plos Genetics、Science Advance、Science China Life Sciences等杂志上发表文章;以共通讯在Adipocyte上发表文章;参与发表Journal of Experimental Medicine、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature Communctions、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A.、Journal of Genetics and Genomics和Journal of Cell Biology等文章。获国家自然科学基金青年和地区基金支持;获云南省面上项目支持;获云南省肿瘤免疫防治研究重点实验室开放课题支持;获云南省“兴滇英才计划”—青年人才称号;获云南省自然科学奖二等奖(成员之一)。指导本科生获得生科竞赛省级三等奖1项。

近年主要以基因工程小鼠为研究模型,并借助动物细胞实验,重点开展以下研究:
1、探究脂质代谢紊乱相关代谢性疾病如肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病及非酒精性脂肪性
肝病等疾病的发病机制,并寻找潜在的防治靶点;
2、探究动物组织和细胞中不同类型的脂滴在代谢性疾病中的作用;
