个人简介:

王鹏程,现任职云南大学省部共建生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室,为助理研究员,硕士生导师。20089月至2018年在华中农业大学完成本硕博学习,获得农学博士学位,20189月至20226月在华中农业大学完成博士后研究,期间在澳大利亚CSIRO访学近1年。2022年以 青年人才培优计划引进云南大学

长期从事植物基因功能研究,在国内外SCI刊物上发表学术论文20余篇,其中署名第一或通讯作者(含共同)论文7篇,含一篇ESI高被引论文,相关研究发表在植物学国际知名期刊Plant Biotechnol JNew PhytologistPlant Journal等期刊。

指导学生完成并获全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家二等奖1项,三等奖1项,省级三等奖2项。指导学生完成大学生创新创业训练项目国家级1项、省级2

研究方向:

1. 以水稻资源为基础,运用分子生物学、遗传学等手段,解析重要基因参与水稻陆生适应性、抗旱性等非生物胁迫因子的功能。

2. 以陆生稻(旱稻)种质资源为基础,运用生物信息学、分子生物学等手段,挖掘陆生稻中优良抗旱遗传资源。
