程芳,博士,助理研究员。

研究方向:

全球气候变化带来的频繁高温是植物面临的主要非生物胁迫之一,不仅直接影响植物的生长发育,而且引起植物病害流行态势的改变,使得很多病害的发生区域迅速扩展,最终引起植物的产量、品质降低,造成巨大的经济损失,严重威胁着国家粮食安全,是农林业可持续发展所面临的紧迫问题。近年来主要以拟南芥和番茄为材料,通过植物生理学、分子生化和遗传学的研究方法,重点研究其对丁香假单胞菌和青枯病的抗性机制,挖掘抗性基因。主要研究内容:

1、植物协调耐热性和抗病性的机制

2、茄科作物抗病机制解析
