个人简介:

王彦利,博士,副研究员。2022年入选云南省兴滇英才计划-青年人才。从事脂滴生物学-脂滴增大的机制研究。目前以第一作者在J. Biol. Chem. (nature index)J. Cell Biol. (nature index)MoleculesG3-Genes Genom. Genet.J. Agr. Food Chem.等国际专业SCI期刊发表研究论文6篇,参与在J. Am. 研究方向:

近年以秀丽线虫和细胞为模型,研究脂滴增大的分子机制,为研究脂质过度积累。

脂滴在细胞内动态调节细胞的脂质代谢和能量平衡,并且在生物体的生长、发育、生殖、衰老、抗逆境等方面发挥重要作用。脂滴存在于所有真核生物和部分原核生物中,其在脂肪组织的过度积累和非脂肪组织(如肝脏)中的异位存储会导致肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病等代谢性疾病。我们利用秀丽线虫/细胞为模型,研究脂滴增大(长大或融合)的分子机理,寻找调控脂质积累的新机理(新的脂滴蛋白,脂代谢酶,代谢通路),为揭示脂代谢紊乱相关疾病如脂肪肝的发病机理,寻找新的疾病标志物和治疗靶标。
