张建

1988年获四川大学学士;1996年获University of Miami 博士学位;1997-1999年,University of Miami 和Genentech Inc. 博士后;2003-2016年,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所, 研究员;2016年,云南大学生命科学院副院长、生命科学研究中心副主任、教授(二级)。

张建研究组主要从事脊椎动物早期胚胎发育与胚胎干细胞领域的工作。研究重点脊椎动物早期形态建成以及胚胎干细胞谱系建立分化的分子机理。我们采用斑马鱼、非洲爪蛙和小鼠等模式动物在分子、细胞和整体水平上研究早期发育过程中以下三个方面的内容:  

1.母源因子对早期胚胎发育

2.原始生殖细胞发生的调控

3.小鼠细胞谱系建立和维持
