主要研究方向
本课题组主要利用生物化学、分子生物学、基因编辑、生物信息学及各种高通量测序手段，研究转录、转录后水平相关蛋白、RNA发挥功能的分子机制。目前的研究方向有：
1. Integrator蛋白复合体在转录过程中的功能和分子机制；
2. 非编码RNA及RNA结合蛋白在翻译起始过程的作用机制；
3. 单链寡核苷酸药物（ASO）靶点选择的原理和应用。
