研究方向

本课题组专注研究转录和非经典翻译过程中的调控分子机理,从而助力寡核苷酸创新药的开发。目前课题组有助理研究员1人、博士生5人、硕士生10人、科研助理1人。具有完备的基因组学、各类转录翻译组学和蛋白质组学的分析能力。本课题组通过紧密结合生化分子生物学与生物信息学,旨在通过理解人类致病基因的转录和翻译过程中的调控分子机理,从而助力寡核苷酸创新药的开发。课题组现主持3项国家自然科学基金和多项省级基金,在Molecular Cell, Genes & Development, PNAS, Nucleic Acid ResearcheLife等主流杂志发表论文19篇,被引1500次。
